How long does delivery take?

Normal handling takes 1–2 business days after successful payment authorization. Estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch. See the Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery exceptions.

Can I return an unused choice?

Yes. Eligible non-defective new and unused items, including a change of mind or a wrong option choice, may be returned. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed merchandise is also covered. Exchanges are accepted subject to review and stock. Start the request within 30 days after delivery.

What is the mailing process?

Contact us first for approval and the correct return address. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; ask for assistance if it is missing. There is no restocking fee. Follow the Refund Policy before sending the parcel.

When will an approved refund begin?

We process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. Posting by the bank or payment provider can take longer.
