We ship eligible Reduce drinkware and accessories to addresses supported by this United States store. Available delivery methods, charges, taxes and the final USD total are shown in checkout before payment is authorized.

Processing and transit

After successful payment authorization, normal order processing takes 1–2 business days. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, estimated transit is another 4–6 business days. These are separate periods, weekends and applicable holidays are excluded, and no exact arrival date is guaranteed.

Address and tracking

Check the recipient name, street, unit, city, state and ZIP code before submitting an order. Tracking is shared when it becomes available. Carrier scans can take time to update after dispatch.

Delivery issues

If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears delivered but cannot be found, or an item arrives damaged, email cardonamary241@gmail.com. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking number; keep the package and provide useful photos for a damage review. Your non-excludable legal rights remain available.
